DIRECTOR OF CUSTOMER SERVICE - APG - Remote $110k to $130k depending on experience   Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for a Remote Director of Customer Service for our Architectural Product Group. Our Company is continuing to grow at a tremendous rate, which presents a great opportunity for top talent like you to join our company and ultimately achieve your long-term career goals.   Must reside in a state we operate an APG plant in- Georgia, Florida, Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, or Utah.    Who You Are: The ideal candidate will have an exceptional work ethic, ability to coordinate several tasks concurrently, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to work in a very fast-paced and dead-driven environment.     What You Will Be Doing:  Manage all APG branches and may help coordinate activities of workers in the Glass and Envision Customer Service Departments when needed. Oversee, onboard, and conduct training of new or existing employees to include processes, work methods, and procedures. Introduce new products across the region to verify conformance to Company specifications and service to customers. Responsible for retention, training and continued development of hourly and exempt employees Interfaces with team members daily across multiple locations, making decisions concerning all aspects of customer service, production and sales to drive customer improvement and overall satisfaction. Ensures on-time delivery, management of the flow of raw materials and inventory to meet customer commitments across multiple locations. Serves as a regional escalation point of contact. Handles internal and external customer issues in a professional and timely manner. Responsible for ensuring multiple teams' performance of time-sensitive daily order entry and price quotes. Carries out goals of multiple branches to ensure revenue objectives are achieved. Responsible for adhering to product and customer specifications. Maintains appropriate working relationships with internal and external customers. Provides timely and accurate management reporting. Continued assessment of cost reduction opportunities through the utilization of resources to remove process costs, improve efficiencies, and develop creative staffing strategies. Maintains and improves high quality levels by ensuring that all work processes are performed correctly and accurately across multiple branches. Performs other related duties and provides back-up support to other group members as assigned by Management. Effectively communicates with our Accounting Department to make sure that all supportive financial documentation is properly submitted, and job accounts have been established. Conduct customer surveys as requested by management and provide action plans as required. Manages customer COD/CIA payments across the region.   Skills You Bring:  Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience highly preferred. Must have related manufacturing experience. Prior regional customer service manager experience required.  7-10 plus years working experience in managing and leading an organization of 50 plus resources across multiple locations. Glass and aluminum industry experience highly preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred. Experience with Microsoft Axapta or ERP-related systems a plus. GDS estimating software or related programs a plus. The position will include some inside sales and customer service in addition to estimating.  Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills. Strong time management skills. Strong interpersonal, creative solution and problem-solving skills.
