What you will doResponsible for answering inbound calls for all Special Operations loops, handling alarms, and providing specialized services. How you will do itReceives incoming calls from all loops in Special Operations.Places necessary outgoing calls to verify alarms, dispatch proper authorities and notify responsible parties. Responds using information provided on instruction screens.Records information and forwards to the proper department for processing.Utilizes video and access control systems to perform Interactive services (Video Verification, Guard Tours, Building Management, etc.)Special projects or duties as assigned.What we look forHigh school diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills.Able to type at least 35 wpm.Basic knowledge of computer applications.Strong organizational skills.Secret level clearance or higher is required.Previous alarm monitoring experience preferred.Previous Tyco IS alarm monitoring experience even better. Hiring Compensation Range: $45,900-$68,900 USD. (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)  This position includes a competitive benefits package.
