Role Overview: Sodexo is #Hiring our Environmental Services Custodial Manager for our clients at the Vincennes Community Schools in Vincennes, IN.  Our successful candidate will excel with strong customer service, quick response time for our clients and will maintain strong professional communication with our frontline hourly team. Being sensitive to the K-12 environment and working in with sensitivity in our family culture of students, teachers, principals and parents are mission critical to success in the role. What You'll Do: Ensure a safe working environment through campus for all employeesHave strong attention to detail and timely response to customer requestsPerform all trash and recycle removal at designated on and off campus sitesWork with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas of sanitation services, waste removal Operate vehicles with safe work practices and caution while efficiently transporting waste materials  What We Offer: Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience.
