Description The Electrical Assembler shall be skilled in construction, assembly, fabrication and test of PCBs, electronic and mechanical prototypes and products, ensuring quality standards are met by properly soldering components, connecting wires, installing parts and performing basic testing of completed items with a quality and reliability focus plus perform rework as necessary.Capabilities Accurately assemble electrical components, including wires, circuit boards, connectors, and enclosures, following established procedures, wiring diagrams and schematics, using various tools and measuring instrumentsIndependently perform tests and document the tests results, following an approved test plan  Write specifications, reports and technical manuals Prepare, order, track and inventory parts lists  Work with and take direction from Electrical Engineers and Systems EngineersRequired Experience Secret Clearance "¯ Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalentFour (4) years' experience in construction, assembly, fabrication and test of electrical, electronic and mechanical prototypes and products.  IPC-J-STD-001 and IPC-A-620 Certified RequiredSelf-Motivated, problem solver. Original Posting:May 19, 2025For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $39,000.00 - $70,500.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
