Inside Sales RepresentativeAre you self-motivated and have a passion to learn and grow?Do you have a strong work ethic and the desire to improve your skills?Per Mar Security Services is seeking a qualified candidate for our Inside Sales team.  The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating opportunities to sell our products and services to businesses and homeowners over the phone. A successful candidate would work closely with our outside sales team.This position is NOT remote, but can be worked from any location where we have an office.  Must have strong proven phone sales record.  Why Per Mar Security? Base Pay + Uncapped commission (Average COMBINED first year pay $55k-$60K)Additional bonus opportunities through the yearOpportunity for advancement as the team growsGreat Benefit Package including Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life, 401K with match, and Paid Time OffStable company with over 60 years of experience providing security to our communities and continued growthIn this role, you will:Follow up on existing opportunities of Electronic Security SalesCall on existing and prospective customers to upsell and upgrade current products and servicesAct as project manager for sold tickets/jobs to ensure customer satisfaction through completion of jobGenerate and prequalify leads for new sales.Some administrative duties are also performed related to sales.Work closely with branch contacts across the Midwest for quoting and upselling servicesLearn the basic functions and products of Per Mar Security's Electronic security, Physical Security and Investigation departmentsWhat you'll need:Excellent communication skills via phone/email with a courteous demeanorAbility to establish and maintain strong customer relationshipsPatience and quick response to handle various responsibilities at a given timeSuccess in a fast-paced, ever-changing, work environmentPositive work atmosphere when interacting with the Per Mar Security Services employees and internal/external customersHigh motivation to meet weekly, monthly and annual sales goalsHigh School Diploma or equivalent1-3 years of similar experience preferredWork with the best!
