Title: Territory Manager - Surgical Implants.Company: Strongest regional distributor of surgical implants in the greater New York area, trusted brand of craniomaxillofacial and thoracic devices.Territory: Long Island, New YorkResponsibilities:Lead new business development by identifying and converting surgeons to use assigned implants in their surgeriesParticipate in surgical cases in the operating room and with Surgeon relationshipsUtilize associate sales support to manage existing clients and cover surgical casesBuild and maintain relationships with clientsIdentify sales opportunities with existing and new clientsConduct sales presentations, negotiations, supporting surgeries, and providing excellent customer serviceOccasional attendance to networking events, surgeon education and training events, and client entertainment eventsRequirements:2+ years prior experience in surgical sales, with documented top performance accomplishmentsMust have carMust be available for scheduled procedures and on short notice to for emergency casesSelf-motivated and driven to achieve sales targetsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamGood organizational and time management skillsAbility to quickly learn and understand product knowledgeBachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related sales fieldProficiency in using CRM software is a plus Compensation:First year expected total earnings $95k-$120k, Second year expected total earnings can be $120k-$150K based on productivity, but many reps earn closer to $200k based on the amount of existing business in the territory. This is a full time job, at a 1099 or W2 structure of your choosing.
