Our clients range from Fortune 500 multinational corporations to medium and small companies, partnerships, and individuals.We are seeking a Mid-Level or Senior Associate / Of Counsel attorney with at least six years of real estate finance and transactional experience to join our Real Estate and Business practice.  Substantial experience with mortgage, mezzanine and preferred equity finance, joint venture equity transactions, and complex commercial purchase and sale transactions.Prior lead deal responsibility. Ability to manage transactions with minimal oversight.Detail oriented with strong drafting, negotiating, communication and deal management skills.Good time management skills and a strong work ethic.Desire to work with entrepreneurial, fast paced clients.Opportunity to assume significant client responsibility.Excellent academic credentials.Must be Admitted to the California BarLubin Olson & Niewiadomski is a firm that values collaboration and team support. Our associate hours commitment is 1600 (billable) annually. Base compensation for this position will range from $260,000 – $300,00+ with a very generous bonus package, a hybrid work schedule, and credit for originations for attorneys with existing business or business development ambitions.
