We’re hiring an experienced Estimator II in Janesville, WI to develop accurate, multi-trade cost estimates for projects ranging from $350K to $5M—with clear paths to tackle even larger scopes as you grow.? Responsibilities:Review drawings, tenders, and specs to build thorough cost estimatesPartner with PMs, safety, and purchasing teams to ensure bid accuracyManage scope changes and incorporate updates during estimatingAssess labor, materials, equipment, and tools needed per projectIdentify cost risks and support continuous improvement post-bidDeliver clear, well-documented cost justifications? Qualifications:3–7+ years estimating multi-trade construction projects up to $5MSkilled in AutoCAD, Excel, and Accubid (or equivalent)Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and specificationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skillsDegree, diploma, or trade certification—or equivalent field experienceUnion/multi-trade project experience is a strong plus?
