This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leadership, enjoys mentoring others, and thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.As a Junior Sales Manager, you will play a key role in recruiting new advisors, providing hands-on coaching, and driving sales performance across your team. You'll work closely with senior leadership to help shape team culture, implement sales processes, and ensure that our advisors are equipped to succeed.In addition to leadership responsibilities, this role will maintain a level of personal production and manage a book of business.This is a full-time hybrid role which can be based out of Boston, MA; Wellesley, MA; Wakefield, MA; Marshfield, MA; Southborough, MA; Holyoke, MA; Colchester, VT; Bedford, NH; West Hartford, CT; New Haven, CT; Bridgeport, CT;Key Responsibilities:Team Building & RecruitmentAssist in identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new sales advisorsContribute to team structure planning and growth strategyCoaching & DevelopmentProvide day-to-day coaching, training, and support for new and junior advisorsConduct regular one-on-ones, sales reviews, and performance check-insCreate a positive and motivating environment that encourages learning and accountabilitySales LeadershipSupport the execution of sales plans and team targetsMonitor team KPIs and work with leadership to adjust strategies as neededHelp implement and improve sales processes and best practicesCollaboration & ReportingCollaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and senior sales leadershipReport on team performance, pipeline metrics, and training needsRequirements:5+ years of Financial Planning or Financial Advisory experienceExpertise in Finance and InvestmentsExperience in retirement planning strategiesSeries 7, 63, 65 or 66.Certifications such as CFP, CFA, or equivalent are a plus
