Director of Nursing - Home Health

The Director of Nursing is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the home health services provided by JourneyCare Home Health. This includes managing a team of healthcare professionals such as Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and other support staff to ensure that high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered in the home environment. The Director of Nursing ensures compliance with regulatory standards, fosters clinical excellence, and supports a collaborative care team in delivering the best possible outcomes for home health patients.Salary: $88,000 - $105,000Offer based on years of experience.Qualifications:Licensed RN with current licensure to practice professionally within the state.Graduate of an accredited school. Reviews available patient information related to case, including disciplines required, to determine home care needs.
