The Performance Coatings Group’s Video and Photography team is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our production efforts across a wide range of projects. This role offers an incredible opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, contributing to the entire pre/production/post process for video and photo content that supports our brand across the industrial coatings market. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. Responsibilities: Production assistance Setting up and breaking down equipment (cameras, lighting, audio gear) Operating cameras or assisting camera operators during shoots Capturing behind-the-scenes content for internal or social media use Post-production assistance Organizing and backing up media files Editing video and photo content using the Adobe Creative Suite Creating rough cuts or assembling footage for review Video caption/transcription reviews and revisions Administrative & Team Support Production gear storage and organization Meta-data tagging and organization for cloud storage Call sheet creation for team and stakeholder knowledge POSITION REQUIREMENTS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Must be actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in media production, Marketing, Communications or equivalentAvailability to work long term (9-12 months) Familiarity with video and photography creation tools Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities A keen eye for detail and a passion for creativity Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital collaboration tools Preferred: Minimum 3.0 GPA strongly preferred TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS: (TIME SPENT AWAY FROM HOME OR OTHER TYPICAL OFFICE LOCATION)0% WORK SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday: must be able to work 37.5 hours per week during the summer and 15-20 hours per week while in school Hybrid: This position is eligible to work in the office three days a week and has the option to work remotely two days a weekPosition to begin July 2025 This position is not eligible for sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, including conversion to H1-B visa.
