This role is located in Lake Mary, FL (Northern Orlando) – and will work a Hybrid schedule. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Manages complex external client issues (ongoing client servicing for various projects and product implementations. Communicate needs and issue with internal and external clients Allocate/Coordinate work within a team/project Manager resources who conduct User Acceptance Testing Lead and manage daily operations to achieve organizational efficiency. Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and reduce costs. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational success. Maintain quality assurance across all operational activities. Contributes to the achievement of platform team objectives. Provides technical assistance and support to lower-level client processing roles. Supervise and mentor department leads and team members. Foster a supportive and motivated work environment. Handle recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for operational staff. Operations Managers are required to make informed, data-driven decisions to benefit the organization and its stakeholders. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred. 7-10 years of total work experience is preferred.  Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred Excellent writing, listening and communication skills Should be able to work independently and exercise sound critical thinking judgement Ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
