As a Financial Compliance Auditor III, you will be a key player in maintaining the financial health of our plan partners. You will conduct comprehensive financial solvency reviews, analyze financial data, and monitor corrective action plans. Your insights will directly impact the organization’s ability to provide high-quality, accessible healthcare services. What You’ll Do: Lead all aspects of financial solvency reviews, from planning and execution to continuous monitoring and reporting. Deliver timely and accurate reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for plan partners, participating provider groups, and vendors. Contribute to special projects such as Medical Loss Ratio reporting. Develop and implement tools for corrective action plan issuance and non-compliance notifications. Collaborate with interdepartmental personnel and stakeholders to address financial solvency issues. Mentor and guide junior staff members. Must-Have Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in financial auditing, demonstrating expertise in the areas outlined in the responsibilities. One of the following certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint). Managed care, health care, or insurance background. Nice-to-Have Qualifications: CPA Certification The target hiring compensation range for this role is $53.53 to $55.53 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
