What You’ll Do As a member of our Clinical Support Manager Team, you will oversee and empower your team of clinical support nurses and assistants—ensuring efficient operations, high-quality patient care, and continuous professional development. This is a key leadership role reporting to the Director of Clinical Support.Your role includes: Leading, training, and mentoring clinical support staff to foster growth, clinical excellence, and team satisfaction. Overseeing department schedules, managing workflow, and evaluating staffing needs. Collaborating with established leadership team to implement improvements in patient care delivery and support services. Developing and enforcing clinical protocols and ensuring compliance with OSHA, AAHA, and state/federal regulations. Managing personnel matters including training compliance, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution. Proactively identifying areas for process improvement, risk mitigation, and operational efficiencies. Anticipated Schedule This is a full-time position with the following available schedules: Tuesday-Friday 8:30am-6:30pm Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm Some schedule flexibility is required Occasional weekends may be required Holidays are not generally required Compensation Starting at $80,000-$90,000 annually, depending on experience. Requirements We are seeking a Clinical Support Manager to join our team of leaders in creating a culture of continuous learning, ensuring our team remains confident, capable, and aligned with best clinical practices. You likely have: Minimum 5 years of clinical experience; specialty/emergency setting strongly preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience is highly valued. Veterinary technician licensure is preferred. Proven skills in coaching, team building, and cross-functional communication. Familiarity with clinical protocols, OSHA guidelines, and quality assurance initiatives. Proficiency with digital record-keeping and scheduling tools. A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and strong emotional intelligence.
