Intelligent software orchestrates advanced robots in a high-density, end-to-end system – reinventing warehouse automation for increased efficiency, speed and flexibility.What we need As the Revenue Analyst, you will be is responsible for a variety of duties such as maintaining revenue reconciliation files, reviewing reports related to the Company’s revenue, preparing analysis for the revenue recognition, and assisting with external and internal audit. This position will report to the Senior Director, Accounting.What we do The Accounting team is part of the Finance organization which is a critical financial business partner for the Company. Finance functions include General Accounting, Accounts Payable & Receivable, Internal Audit, FP&A. Our Finance team is a trusted source for financial information and guidance for our internal customers, partners, customers, suppliers, regulators, and stakeholders.What you’ll do Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts with accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standardsRecord monthly journal entries, and prepare related account reconciliations for revenue recognition accounts such as Unbilled AR and Deferred RevenueEnsure accuracy and completeness of revenue files and tie-outs to source data.Assist with the preparation and review of revenue related schedules, financial statements, and disclosures for internal and external reporting.Respond to audit requests and support quarterly and annual audit processes.Develop and maintain support schedules and analytics for revenue-related activity.Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance for revenue recognition; assist in documenting SOX controls.Partner with FP&A, Accounts Payable, and other departments to support accurate financial reporting.Identify and implement process improvements for more efficient workflows. What you’ll need At least 3 years of experience in an accounting functionBachelor’s degree in accounting preferred; graduate degree is a plusExperienced in the use of integrated ERP software; SAP experience is preferredDemonstrates an interest in learning inner workings of accounting process and systemsAdvanced Microsoft Excel user, proficient with functions, pivot tables and data analysisAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and attention to detailHybrid schedule (minimum 2-3 days per week based in Wilmington, MA office)Our Environment  Up to 10% travel may be required.
