This position is eligible for an annual bonus.Location: The ideal candidate will be located in Central California. As a Key Account Manager, you will lead growth and brand execution for Primo Brands water portfolio across an assigned foodservice territory. With a focus on high-impact segments – including Wholesalers and DSD distribution, QSRs, Full-service restaurants, Hospitality, Healthcare, Education, Travel and Recreation. You will execute customer-centric strategies, deliver annual operating plan objectives, and build influential partnerships with internal and external partners. This role requires high energy, a challenger mindset, passion for hunting multi-unit opportunities and growing existing business. Strong business acumen and proven track record of leading with insights and winning in a competitive marketplace. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Grow, manage, and influence multi-unit accounts (>25 to Lead development and execution of annual account plans that align company priorities and products with customer objectives. Establish strong relationships with strategic HQ decision-makers. Serve as a bottled water and industry expert, educating stakeholders through data storytelling and solution selling.High level of understanding with data analytics tools, such as PowerBI, Technomics, Circana and Dataessentials, to generate accurate volume forecasts, track performance and optimize trade spend.Lead and support customer events (including weekends and evenings) to foster relationships and expand usage of full portfolio. Experience required in customer sales proposals and responding to complex RFP bids.Collaborate with external broker resources and internal resources (i.e., Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance) for support and to uncover sales opportunities Identify and fill distribution gaps within your geography through strategic prospecting of anchor accounts; collaborate with Distributors and Primo Brands Distributor Managers to execute programs. Qualifications: Key Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of field sales and account management experience in beverage and/or foodservice, with on-premise strongly preferred. CPG experience is a plus.Proven track record exceeding sales goals. Deep understanding of the foodservice and hospitality industries.Excellent execution skills – able to plan, prioritize, and deliver with minimal oversight.Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills required. Experience managing HQ-level or large multi-unit accounts required.
