Sr. SFDC Engineer (Architect)

Experis is seeking Salesforce Architect for a full time opportunity. Consultant must be in Columbus, OH. 3 days onsite is required. Consultant must be able to convert full time without Visa sponsorship Position is not open for C2C   Job Title: Salesforce Architect/Lead Location: Columbus, OH Pay Range: $75/hr on w2 Must Have proven experience as a Lead developer or Salesforce Architect. Utilizes programming approaches, tools, and techniques to best deliver the business requirements. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, ensuring reliability and performance. Code and test to meet the designs of objects and data exchanges for interfacing with Salesforce. Evaluate various technologies, develop proof of concept, and define the recommended solution. Be able to decide when to use out of the box features or go with customization or using app exchange products. Stay up to date with new features coming up and releases by Salesforce. Participate in Agile development practices, including sprint planning,3-Amigo calls, daily standups, and retrospectives. Guide and mentor delivery team members, ensuring best practices are followed. Skills Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience Required 7+ years of experience in hands on coding. Strong programming skills in APEX, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations and other Salesforce development tools. 7+ years of experience to design scalable, performance-driven solutions in Salesforce that meet business requirements Familiarity with key design patterns and best practices for Salesforce implementations. 7+ years of experience with Salesforce configuration, data modeling, and customization to meet specific business requirements. 7+ years of experience in designing and implementing APIs (REST/SOAP). 7+ years of working experience in Agile methodologies, JIRA and deployment tools like GitHub.   Certifications (Desired) SFDC Application Architect / System Architect / Integration Architect Platform Developer I and II SFDC Admin Certifications App Builder Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Marketing Cloud Consultant Certifications.   If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
