Job Description

The Painter/Maintenance Tech II performs skilled work in drywall repair, patching and texture matching, and painting. The Maintenance Technician II contributes to the success of the company by being responsible for ensuring that all unoccupied residential units are ready for new residents, maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the facility, ensuring the maximum quality of life possible for all residents in alignment with the company’s mission, vision and core beliefs. This is a full-time, temporary position.  Monday through Friday 7am to 3:30pm with a rotating on call schedule.  $24.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Duties: Performing painting, patching up walls, and remodeling work.  Ensuring that all unoccupied residential units are ready for new residents.  Maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the facility.  Ensuring the maximum quality of life possible for all residents in alignment with the company's mission, vision and core beliefs.  The Painter/Maintenance Tech II performs skilled work in drywall repair, patching and texture matching, and painting. The Maintenance Technician II contributes to the success of the company by being responsible for ensuring that all unoccupied residential units are ready for new residents, maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the facility, ensuring the maximum quality of life possible for all residents in alignment with the company’s mission, vision and core beliefs. To be successful in this role, you would have: 5+ years of previous experience in building maintenance or construction, or any equivalent combination of training and experience.  Quality Painting technician with five (5) years of experience (required) High school diploma or equivalent.  Current and valid Driver's License and driving record free of major infractions   What's in it for you?  As one  of the largest nonprofit owner/operator of senior living communities in the country, we are more than just a place to work.
