Your expertise will help maintain the high-quality standards our customers rely on by installing, maintaining, and calibrating essential instrumentation.Key Responsibilities:Instrumentation Maintenance: Perform installation, maintenance, and calibration of devices such as valves, temperature sensors, pressure monitors, and weighing systems.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime.New Installations: Manage instrument installations, including fitting, wiring, and blueprint interpretation. Conduct initial setups for seamless integration.Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.Collaboration: Work alongside engineers, plant managers, and vendors to achieve operational excellence.What You Bring:Experience: At least 2 years in industrial controls and instrumentation, including PLC troubleshooting.Technical Skills: Skilled in using multimeters (5v-120v) and 4-20mA loops, with expertise in flow meter calibration and flow sensors.Additional Skills: Experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS) is a plus.Education: High school diploma or GED required; Electrical license or an Associate degree in Automation, Applied Science, or Instrumentation highly preferred.Ready to Apply?Seize this opportunity to make a significant impact in a growing and innovative company.
