Do you desire to improve the working lives of thousands of people by giving them better tools and experiences? Do you enjoy finding and solving faults or risks in systems and processes? Developing inspiring platform/product visions, derived from business needs, market opportunities, and technology trends?Are you a subject matter expert in Workday in at least three modules? Do you enjoy using the Working Backwards method, decomposes business requirements and customer experiences into features and functions that drive the platform/product roadmap?Enjoy working with with Business Owners, Developers, and UX designers to define the details behind the business requirements?Role: Owns the working backwards document and vision for Workday feature releases Identifies gaps and charters new capabilities as requiredMakes use of research, user studies, metrics and competitive analysis to understand the software and business needs for product managementCompares features for competitive review to inform prioritization within a platform product release and makes trade-offsIdentifies innovations or performs test and learn experiments to create new feature opportunities Participates with the business in research and feedback to inform platform product and feature needsContributes near-term input for product management roadmapsUses metrics as a feedback loop in to the backlog prioritiesDives deep into the work of you team and identify short-and-medium-term risks to platform product development and segment adoption, while proposing solutions to address themExhibits expertise within platform feature area and coordinates with interdependent teamsDigests business customer requirements (user stories, use cases) and platform requirements for a platform feature setHas visibility into the design of the user experience using Workday IntegrationsDetermines release goals for the platform and prioritizes assigned features according to business and platform value, adjusting throughout implementation as neededContinuously monitors feature development at the feature levelReviews product demo with the development team against acceptance criteria for the feature setPrepares launches and monitors platform performances, adoption, and operational health for feature setsIdentifies issues that will keep the platform features from delivering on time and/or with the desired requirements and communicates to leadershipSupports and participates in post-launch reviews and ensures feedback is reincorporated into the featureOversees team-wide product operations, leads junior PM-Ts who may own individual components, and coordinates team-wide improvement goalsAll About You:Passion for HR Technology - Workday Expert in three modules minimum A strong problem-solver, who uses both quantitative and qualitative methods to get things doneSomeone who wonders "what if?" or thinks "that's weird" and seeks to understandExperience in product management and creating features that make an impactMastercard is a merit-based, inclusive, equal opportunity employer that considers applicants without regard to gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disabled or veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
