This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Crystal Reports based on business requirements, and playing a pivotal role in our MMIS application reporting module.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports based on business requirementsRetrofit and redesign existing reports as per the business requirementsDevelop an overall reporting strategy for the MMIS application reporting moduleCollaborate with business users to gather reporting requirements and understand their needsOptimize report performance and ensure data accuracyWork with various data sources, including SQL databases, to extract and manipulate data for reporting purposesProvide technical support and troubleshooting for Crystal Reports issuesDevelop and implement the best practices for report development and data visualizationEnsure reports meet quality standards and are delivered within project timelinesDocument report specifications, processes, and guidelinesProvide end-user training as requiredWhat You'll NeedProven experience in Crystal Reports developmentStrong proficiency with SQL and working with databasesExcellent analytical skills and attention to detailAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesExperience in developing reporting strategies for MMIS applicationsFamiliarity with data visualization best practicesPrior experience providing end-user trainingPhysical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor  ​The pay range for this position is $80 - $90 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
