Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant Rockford ILUrgently HiringWe are seeking a compassionate Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to join our medical practice full time in Rockford, IL. Our ideal Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant has tact and skill in patient management, excellent communication skills, and enjoys working as a part of a comprehensive team to offer our patients the best care possible, that they need and deserve! Ideally, we are seeking a provider who has experience with pain management/physical and sports medicine, with the potential to do joint and trigger point injections. This position offers excellent work life balance with no call, no hospital rounds and no weekend hours.Job Duties:Patient care and management- initial medical consults and patient follow upRecommend tests and conducts diagnostic testing to determine extent of injury and to determine appropriate treatment.Order Diagnostic labs/imaging (NCV/EMG)/allergy testingOversee the patient’s diagnosis and treatmentsOrder DME as neededTreatments to include joint and trigger point injections (peripheral nerve blocks if trained)Documentation - timely and accurateOrder/refer to in house therapies as needed (Physical Therapy)Collaboration with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient careUphold the company’s mission to provide exceptional patient care and leads in a way that aligns with the company’s goalsRequirements:Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programUnrestricted NP/PA license to practice in ILExperience with pain management/physical and sports medicine, with the potential to do joint and trigger point injections preferredSchedule: Full time (Monday – Friday) Friday office hours end at 1No Call or Weekends!Salary:$120k-$150k per year (depending on experience and training)Benefits:Potential bonus compensationPTO/VacationHealth InsuranceMonday through Friday work scheduleRetirement planCME and Malpractice coverageWe are looking for a Provider who wants to be a part of a team that is driven to help others.
