General Maintenance Technician

What this job involves: General Maintenance Technician position at our Greenwood, SC facility working 1st shift Monday-Friday, responsible for facility maintenance, regulatory compliance, and repairs in a distribution center environment.What your day-to-day will look like:Managing workflows through the Corrigo CMMS platformScheduling and completing preventative maintenance tasks and regulatory inspectionsPerforming repair work or coordinating with qualified vendorsMaintaining proper documentation for complianceOrdering necessary parts and equipmentMaintaining inventory of supplies and partsServing as a point of contact for service providersFollowing safety protocols and communicating with client personnelDesired or preferred experience and technical skills:2+ years’ experience with commercial building systems in distribution environmentsProficiency with CMMS platforms (specifically Corrigo)Knowledge of fire and life safety equipmentExperience with emergency power systemsBasic electrical troubleshooting skills (low voltage, single & 3 phase)HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting abilitiesDock equipment maintenance knowledgeBuilding storage systems experience (High Bay racking)General repair skills in plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and carpentryHVAC certifications (desirable but not required)Required Skills and Experience:Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong internet navigation skillsEffective communication abilitiesAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionSchedule flexibility to adapt to client needsAvailability for on-call requirementsCommitment to following safety protocolsAbility to maintain a clean, safe workplaceProfessional and timely customer service#MMjobs
