Responsibilities – What You’ll Be Doing:Perform shipboard drawing validation to confirm accuracyPerform desktop reviews of planning yard approved drawings to determine accuracyDesigns installation plans for AN/SQQ-89Support design meetings for new hardware systems and support the development of Installation Control DrawingsEvaluate installation material requirementsSupport quick turn evaluation of added installation scopeMonitor tasking and overall schedule of all task elementsEnsure Quality Assurance objectives are achieved for all delivered productsDevelop and implement policies and procedures that will standardize technical support and service providedRecommend innovative ideas in customer focus areasRequired Experience, Skills, and Education – To Land This Gig You’ll Need:BS Degree and a minimum of 4+ years’ experience in installation planning, execution, and leadership. Four years of experience can be substituted in lieu of degree.Expert understanding of installation practices, NAVSEA standard items, and safety requirementsExcellent written communication and grammatical skillsExcellent organizational skills.Clearance required: Active DoD Secret Security ClearanceAbility to travel approximately 1 week per monthPreferred Experience, Skills, and Education – Favorable if you have:Experience with combat systems and their lifecycle supportPrior experience with developing products for DoD programsOriginal Posting:May 13, 2025For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above.Pay Range:Pay Range $57,850.00 - $104,575.00The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
