Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be DoingOperate and monitor hot mix asphalt plant equipment to ensure efficient production.Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure plant reliability and safety.Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimize downtime.Maintain accurate production and maintenance records.Collaborate with team members to ensure quality standards and safety protocols are met.What Are We Looking ForDemonstrated mechanical aptitude and ability to operate heavy equipment.Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and problem-solving skills.Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as needed.Work EnvironmentThis role involves working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around heavy machinery. The position requires standing, walking, climbing, and lifting for extended periods.
