Diesel Mechanic

We are looking for a highly skilled Diesel Mechanic to join our team in Alexandria, LA.  Monday – Friday, occasional Saturday’s. 12:00 p.m. start time, working 10-12 hours a day, 50- 60 hours a week.Pay Range: $22 - 25 per hour, depending on experience.Tool allowance of $200 per month towards your tool kit.On top of competitive wages, we offer excellent benefits, 401k match $1 per $1, and vacation.Job SummaryPerforming preventative maintenance, repairs on hydraulic and electrical systems, along with parts replacement and minor engine repair on our garbage trucks.The ideal candidate will possess:2+ years of relevant work experience in diesel/heavy truck fleet maintenance.The starting pay for this position is $22 - 25 per hour.
