Ability to move flat material sizes up to 50" x 80" is a must Follows Standard operating procedures for machine settings set by department manager Inspect plates for adherence to quality standards and customer specifications Prepare packages for shipping while attending to special customer requirements   Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc Handle multiple jobs in various production stages Adhere to quality control procedures Ability to multitask and work in deadline orientated environment Visual acuity to written material and plate detail Manual coordination and dexterity in handling plates, and films The use of ordinary hand tools, and a strong understanding of various measuring tools and the physical ability to lift is essential, as is a dedication to quality  Requirements Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), and Outlook email and calendar capabilities. Experience and understanding of the flexo plate making process preferred Prior experience in a printing environment is beneficial Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information Strong organizational skills and attention to detail is required Exceptional time management and organization skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written, and presentations) with executive leadership, staff, and internal and external clients. Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs, and develop solutions and/or options.
