This position will be full-time and onsite in Lyon Station, PA. Occasional travel is required to various PA client locations up to 20%. What You’ll Do Program phone sets (digital, IP and analog)Perform Moves, Additions, Changes (MACs)Program requested feature changesProvide voicemail supportProgram mailboxComplete password resetsAdd or delete user mailboxesProvide break/fix services on telephonesTroubleshoot and resolve phone-/data-cabling issuesKnowledge of station cabling and jacksAssist in identification and resolution of other vendor line/circuit problems Troubleshoot issues related to lines/trunks (SIP/DID)Coordinate and act as focal point for problem resolution involving service providerPerforms other duties as assigned What You'll Need Required3 to 5 years of experience in an environmental field Bachelor’s Degree in a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training or work experience may be considered Knowledge of Wall Field wiring, cross connecting 66/110 wiring blocks – Wiring color codeAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing including presentation abilitiesStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze problems and formulate alternative/creative solutions to problems Adept in multi-tasking, prioritizing and managing time effectively Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; can effectively listen and give details accuratelyExceptional interpersonal skills; a team player with proven ability to work across functional areas and all levels of the organization Open to coaching with the ability to apply feedback Ability to lead and coordinate multiple priority projects concurrently PreferredVisible Admissions Certification, preferredEmbedded, Conferencing, Session/System Manager, Call Center Elite, Contact Center, IVR Systems and/or Experience Portal with Proactive Outreach MonitorEmbedded (R10.X), Contact Center, and/or Conferencing Physical Demands Ability to exchange accurate information with all levels of the organizationSubject to standing, walking, sitting, bending, reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and manual dexteritySome heavy lifting may be required; occasional lifting of objects up to 50 poundsLifts over 50 pounds must be with proper assistance or lift equipmentWork is performed in both an internal and external environment with occasional exposure to inclement weather and varying temperatures. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
