This position will be full-time and onsite in Hampton, VA. The 2nd shift is Monday through Friday 2:15pm-12:45am.This position requires access to information which is subject to stringent controls under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Applicants must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, person granted asylee status in the U.S., or person admitted into the U.S. as a refugee What You’ll Do Follow standardized work instructions for the assembly of components in accordance with top/sub level drawingsThe testing of electronics/mechanical parts assembly’s that require good hand eye coordinationRead and comprehending manufacturing drawings and S.O.Ps./ OMSEnsure high cleanliness standards are maintained during the shift and on the responsible areasDemonstrate a mindset of continuous improvement in all dutiesFollow all direction and safety protocolsUsing microscopesUse small hand toolsApplies job skills and company policies and procedures   What You'll Need RequiredHigh School Diploma or GED equivalentSome previous assembly experienceSafety shoes requiredPreferredExperience using small hand tools and microscopes Physical Demands Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc. Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor The pay range for this position is $21.00per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
