We also offer a full benefits package, so you’ll be able to thrive both personally and professionally. About the RolePrincipal Duties/Responsibilities: · Provides administrative/clerical support to business operations by performing processing tasks such as data entry, scanning, mail sorting or similar activities.· Performs data entry of material from source documents to a computer database.· Transcribes routine pre-coded and identifiable alphanumeric data from source document and/or phone call into an automated system.· Ensures accuracy and completeness of data/assigned work.· Ability to compare lists of numbers and find mismatches/errors· Handle multiple assignments· Maintain a high level of confidentiality, informational accuracy and production· Must be able to work under strict deadlines.· All other duties as assigned. WORK SCHEDULE: Schedule to include 4 weekdays and Saturday. (One day off during the week and Sundays off). **Schedule is a guide only, must be flexible and able to work overtime and other hours as needed by unit Hours of Operation for the department: Monday 5:30am - completion (typically a 10–12-hour workday) Tuesday- Friday 7:00am - completion Requirements/Education/Skill/Experience Requirements: Strong written and oral communication skills are a must At least 1-3 years of related experience High School diploma, or college degree (preferred) Knowledge of the use of PCs and related software Strong analytical abilities and data entry background Proficient keyboard skills and typing speed Excellent time and attendance commitment Ability to multi-task and follow guidelines or direction Willing to learn new tasks and be cross trained in multiple functions and areas Attention to detail and accuracy oriented Background and drug screen required.  Preferred Qualifications and Success Factors: · Accurate typing skills· Attention to detail/accurate typing skills· Data entry skills and 10,000 KPH numeric· Manual dexterity· Ability to use PC, 10 key, calculator, and/or data entry devices.· Payment Processing experience desired.
