We are grateful for the support we receive from the communities we serve, and we take great pride in our accomplishments over the years.Position SummaryJoin us in our passion for inspiring a love of learning by utilizing your strategic approach to building partnerships to drive growth, cultivate prophets, and uncover their needs as an Associate Manager, School Partnerships with Right At School.A Day in the Life of This Role Help execute Right at School’s mission to inspire a love of learning, support schools & give parents peace of mind. Drive new sales of Right Club in single private schools & single charter schools. Generate outbound direct prospecting campaigns to open opportunities Support partnership manager in principal based decision making districts with principal prospecting, campaigns and meetings. Create dynamic school target lists based on changing district opportunities. Support regional conferences for your state & regional team territory as needed Collaborate and strategize with the sales and marketing teams to identify, research, and target the right prospects Follow the viability identification, proforma, negotiation and contracting process effectively Use CRM effectively & efficiently to capture outbound data, lead progress and accurate forecasting Achieve and/or exceed sales targetsPosition Requirements 1-3 years of sales experience selling an education product and/or services space is preferred Marketing-driven sales professional Proven track record of success in achieving quotas (along with awards, top rankings, etc.); excellent account planning is preferred. Willingness & ambition to exceed expectations Be a strong relationship builder. Be an exceptional communicator with confidence and the ability to adapt & solve customer business challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Be creative and think outside the box to innovate on lead generation & pipeline building strategies. Be confident in conference & meeting settings when discussing high-value deals with high-level leaders. Be metrics-driven with a proficiency in solution selling and building pipelines. Be collaborative with both internal and external stakeholders Have strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to strategically plan sales ;calls and execute follow-up with prospects, internal staff, and management Be proficient in web-based applications and programs to manage the pipeline in CRM effectively. Limited travel is required.
