Compensation DataCOMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $150,000. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This role involves driving sales growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving revenue targets and client relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day operations in conjunction with the on-site General Managers for locations within the client family. You will:Manage and guide the activities of your management teamSet the strategic/tactical direction for each accountDevelop and implement portfolio strategies for increasing sales and profits through national clientCreate, build and maintain positive business relationships with Aramark's current and prospective clientsGrow existing annual customer revenues by adding new products and services, adding new locations and price increasesThis individual will be charged with the overall account development, including proposals for expansion to sites served and services provided.Responsible to manage both client and Aramark budgets.Establish and maintain effective client and customer rapport for a mutually beneficial business relationship. Identify client needs and communicate operational progress. Understand contractual obligations and leverage opportunities.QualificationsBi-lingual in English & Spanish a plus5-10 years of experience as a District Manager level or equivalent preferred including P&L responsibility within the hospitality, retail, or food and beverage industriesBachelor?s degree is generally required to be successful; advanced degree in business or related field is desiredDemonstrated leadership and team management skills with a broad knowledge of management practices, business judgement and client/consumer interaction.Confirmed ability to hire, assess, develop, and grow hard-working talentComfortable reading, understanding, and implementing contractual requirements, including identifying opportunities with contract terms and conditions to address operational issuesEstablished communication and teamwork skills to work with all levels within the organization from the front-line associate through senior leadershipStrong customer focus and relationship-building capabilitiesStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesHigh level of integrity and professionalismAbility to work independently and as part of a teamMust be able to create systems and processes to manage remotelyWilling to travel up to 60%EducationAbout AramarkOur MissionRooted in service and united by our purpose, we strive to do great things for each other, our partners, our communities, and our planet.At Aramark, we believe that every employee should enjoy equal employment opportunity and be free to participate in all aspects of the company.
