Our team values precision, innovation, and continuous improvement.How you'll contributeA Manager, LBS Timekeeping & Scheduling who excels in this role:Oversees the daily operations of timekeeping and scheduling functions within a shared services environmentPartners with Payroll, People Services, and department leaders to ensure compliance with labor laws, including overtime, meal breaks, and time-off policiesManages a team responsible for accurate time capture and optimal workforce scheduling using UKG softwareCollaborates with IT to resolve system issues, support updates, and enhance system functionalityProvides expert guidance and acts as liaison with UKG subject matter expertsSupports timecard and payroll balancing and provider payment file loading through Alteryx automationParticipates in monthly Vertex tax updates and supports tax balancing processesDevelops schedules with department managers that align with operational and labor cost goalsPrepares and presents scheduling and timekeeping metrics to senior leadershipMakes recommendations using data analysis to support operational decision-makingEnsures compliance with healthcare regulatory and privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA)Regular and reliable attendance is requiredPerforms other duties as assignedWhy join usWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care. Additional qualifications include:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, People Services, or related field (preferred)Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll reporting, workforce management, or related fieldExperience using UKG and Alteryx automation tools strongly preferredStrong analytical, organizational, and leadership skillsProven ability to manage complex projects and lead a teamComfort working with sensitive and confidential dataDemonstrated understanding of healthcare compliance, including HIPAAEEOC StatementLifepoint Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
