The IPS Program Manager is a key associate at Hope Network whose primary responsibilities include: Oversight and overall management of a Hope Network vocational program. Working partnership with the IPS stakeholder community-attending meetings, training, and focus groups when needed. Building relationships with MRS or other State operated employment support programs. Building relationships with potential employers for a person served placement. Continuous check-in with employers, person served who is working, and case managers, other stakeholders to ensure optimal employment status. The CMH system determines who qualifies for these services and provides the authorization- supported employment services if determined medically necessary for eligible individuals with: Intellectual/Developmental Disability (I/DD) Serious Mental Illness (SMI) Why a IPS Program Manager at Hope… Make a difference in people's lives, including your own.
