The Selling Partner Support organization in Amazon provides world-class support to global Selling Partners, and is looking for a passionate Product Manager to lead support development with the FBA business. This role is a key leader on the Global Process Management organization and is responsible for Defect Elimination and Emergent Business Support for all FBA businesses. This role owns the support product roadmap which requires prioritization to improve the support we provide to sellers through coordination with business, content, editorial, and support operations teams. This role is a highly visible senior leader on the Partner Engagement team and will be a customer obsessed product manager who excels at stakeholder management and isn't afraid to own big initiatives. This leader will own mechanisms with a team of dedicated program and product managers and work with an extended team to identify and eliminate upstream defects in the Support Experience and change management initiatives in partnership with business teams across FBA & Selling Partner Services. This is a high-impact role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. The base pay for this position ranges from $160,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $265,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
