As part of the care team, you will participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities and notification of resident changes of condition as they occur. This position is for the NOC Shift (11pm-730am) on Friday and Saturday nights. Qualifications: Qualified applicants are required to possess current state certification and experience, as required; completion of approved training, as required.High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.Current CPR and First Aid certifications are required or must be willing and able to become CPR and First Aid certified.Current External Defibrillator (AED) certification, where required.Prior experience working with geriatric clients is preferred.Basic computer skills or ability to learn.
