Job Description

The position of Prefab Lead is critical to lead the Prefab team in the assembly of First Time Quality units to save production time in the field. RESPONSIBILITIES  Strategically assign duties to prefab associates to meet daily schedule needs Conscientiously ensure orders are completed in a timely manner Assign drivers to gas pipe deliveries Conduct visual quality control Thoroughly communicate with plumbers to ensure that they have what they need to complete their tasks Develop and communicate the daily tasks and assignments Clearly communicate daily with prefab supervisor to resolve any issues   QUALIFICATIONS  Clear, effective communications skills – both written and verbal Intermediate mathematical abilities Aptitude for prioritizing and coordinating a variety of tasks; can delegate to others Independent and proactive problem-solving and critical thinking Disposition for accuracy, attention to detail, and organization High level of manual dexterity Ability to investigate, gather information, and be self-sufficient  A high school diploma or GED is required 2-4 years leading or coordinating field/manufacturing experience SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday, 40 hours weekly  LOCATION: On-site SALARY:  $20-$28 hourly non-exempt BENEFITS  Medical    Dental    Vision    Short- & long-term disability    Accrued PTO    Paid holidays    401(K)    Profit sharing  Weekly pay, 401K, Medical, Dental, and Vision    WORKING CONDITIONS The environment may include very loud noises, working near mechanical and moving parts, located in a warehouse/shop related setting Must be able to do the following activities for most of the work day: stand, walk, use hands or fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, see, talk and hear Must be able to climb or balance regularly  Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items, work with the fingers and perceive attributes of objects and materials  Capable and willing to wear jobsite specific personal protective equipment and able to lift at least 50 lbs  It’s time to join the team at R.T.
