This position will be full-time and on-site.Hours: Monday - Friday 5/8s during planning phase, 7/12s during TA execution (30 - 45 days).Location is preferred in Northern California but Texas and Louisiana candidates will be considered.What You'll DoManaging detailed maintenance shutdown and daily work planning and materials procurement in the departmentProvide leadership in risk management, contractor safety, and mitigating safety issues in operationsLead assigned portion of outage scope through planning and execution stageCreate detailed planning activities in P6 for each work order utilizing planning templates as applicable. Activities include individual tasks, manpower, durations, and assigned disciplineCreate job planning packages for each work order per client guidelines for both internal and external distribution, e.g. bid events, contractor field personnel, etc. Packages may include pictures, P&IDs, BOMs, tools, safe work procedures, applicable standards, QC requirements, etcMaintaining communication with craftspeople, contractor representatives, and materials suppliersWhat You'll NeedRequired:2 year degree and/or work related experience5+ years’ experience in Electrical & Instrumentation package planningProficient in the use of computers and business software, including Microsoft (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook) SAP, Primavera P6, Adobe5+ years of experience as a Control Valve Planner.5+ years of Electrical journey-level maintenance experience and/or E&I maintenance planning5+ years’ experience in maintenance and/or engineering disciplines, preferably with experience in industrial outages, LV & HV Motors, heaters, power distribution equipment, and general preventative maintenance on various electrical components. Working knowledge of industrial instrumentation equipment including Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature devicesWilling to work a wide variety of scheduled days and hours, following strict fatigue management guidelines. Travel may be required as much as 25-45% depending on projectsAble to achieve various State mandated certifications, OSHA, TWIC, and other requirements as may be deemed necessaryPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorThe pay for this position is $52.00 per hour (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401k retirement account access.
