The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting compelling and creative content that elevates brand presence, engages audiences, and drives consumer action across digital platforms. You will be working closely with the Loyalty team and the Brand Marketing team to develop innovative creative that aligns with our brand voice, resonates with consumers in the competitive wine and spirits market, and drives revenue growth, while providing overall thought leadership in digital content for the Consumer Loyalty team across entirety of the Wine & Spirits portfolioKey Responsibilities:Content Creation: Support Consumer Loyalty revenue stream by designing and writing content to support various DTC sales channels and platforms (Website, Email, SMS, Paid Media, etc) across full Wine & Spirits portfolio to enable AOP plan deliveryBrand Voice & Tone: Collaborate closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure digital sales content reflects and supports overarching Brand objectives, campaigns, and strategy across W&S portfolioCollaborative Work: Work alongside the loyalty sales team, brand managers, and other stakeholders to create integrated campaigns that align with overarching marketing strategies to ensure all sales-driving content needs are metWebsite Content Strategy: Provide insight and expertise into website content strategy to drive higher engagement on the website and facilitate consumer purchase actionsWebsite UX: Consult and provide strategic recommendations to website architecture and flow, ensuring that our brand websites are user-friendly, efficient, and functional for consumersSEO Management: Write SEO-friendly content to enhance online visibility and drive traffic to brand websites, product pages, and social media.Analytics & Insights: Analyze creative results and generate insights around performance and creative workflow, identifying areas to optimize and streamline to grow revenue and increase outputMarket Trends & Research: Stay current with industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing best practices to ensure content stays relevant and fresh.Digital Asset Management: Collaborate on DAM system with Assoc. Manager Digital Enablement – Digital Shelf, ensuring a streamlined and organized internal tagging structure that best supports cross-functional teamsCreative Process SOPs: Establish creative processes and SOPs across the portfolio to standardize workflow and create efficiencies in the creative support for the Consumer Loyalty teamHolistic Content Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Brand Marketing) & external agencies to help communicate business needs and content recommendations to maximize impact from overall content strategyA/B Testing: Hypothesize, design, and support A/B testing opportunities across channels and platforms to develop a consistent learning agenda in our creative strategyQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in English, Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in end-to-end creative work, inclusive of briefing, design and copywritingExpertise in website infrastructure, UX design, and wireframing; Figma experience a plusProven experience in creative design and editing tools (PhotoShop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, etc.)Strong analytics skills to derive insights from various reporting toolsStrong portfolio demonstrating creative expertise across various digital platforms (social media, email, blogs, websites, etc.).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences and mediums.Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices.Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and analytics tools.A passion for wine and spirits, and a strong understanding of the industry is a plus.Detail-oriented, creative, and able to work under tight deadlines.Additional Skills/Attributes:Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Ability to work quickly and nimbly, showing resourcefulness in ability to have quick turn-aroundsTransformative mindset and willingness to challenge status quo processes and strategiesStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Enthusiasm for innovative content creation and digital marketing trends.Experience in the luxury goods sector or similar premium lifestyle brands is a bonus.Why Join Us?Be part of a dynamic and passionate team in a growing brand.Opportunity to work on high-impact campaigns and make a significant contribution to brand growth.Competitive salary and benefits package.Work in a creative and collaborative environment with opportunities for personal and professional growth.LocationVirtual - USAdditional LocationsJob TypeFull timeJob AreaMarketingThe salary range for this role is:$68,000.00 - $142,500.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.  Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.  At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
