SUMMARY OF ROLE:The Maintenance Director plays an integral role in the success of our team, our community and creating a place our residents are proud to call home. The primary purpose of this position is to assist in supervising the daily activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility, and as may be directed by the Executive Director to assure that our facility is maintained in a safe and comfortable manner.
