The requirements define the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary to perform the essential functions May Require one or more of the following certifications: EPA Certification, Type I and II HVAC Certification CPO Certification (pool) Other licenses and/or certifications as required by state law   Desired Qualifications/Skills: A high school education or equivalent is required (college hours preferred) 1 year of electrical, painting, drywall and plumbing experience Must be available for night/weekend call duty
