Event Usher/ Ticket Taker (Must be 18+) $15.50 per hour

Meet and Greet guests as they enter and exit Attractions. Support and promote the guest first policy. Assist guests with special seating needs, wheelchairs, and strollers. Follow procedures for house opening, operating, and cleaning. Interact with guests in a friendly and positive manner. Support Entertainment by recommending/discussing other Attractions available to guests. Observe the guests for safety and assistance. Assist guests and coworkers in problem solving. Be Able to track guest count with a clicker to keep accurate through-puts Maintain a regular prompt attendance record. Adhere to all grooming code standards.   Skills and Qualifications:   Must be at least 18 years of age. Must maintain a positive attitude and working environment. Must be able to handle stress. Must be able to troubleshoot problems and identify solutions. Must have strong work ethics and communication skills. Must have good leadership skills. Must be in good physical condition: be able to stand for 20+ minutes and walk at a fast pace. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
