Site Manager, Cardiology Practices

ChristianaCare's Medical Group is looking to hire a full-time Cardiology practice Site Manager. As the Site Manager for Cardiology the role will involve leading and supervising four cardiology practice locations and seventeen caregivers, ensuring the practice's health, and maintaining its ten locations across three states, with two budgeted site managers FTEs and one practice administrator.The cardiology practice is a complex, high-volume practice with over 30,000 annual office visits. The Site Manager is a front-line leader responsible for managing daily office operations at practice locations, working with providers, caregivers, and staff. The Site Manager oversee hiring, onboarding, and supervising ambulatory practice caregivers, ensuring clinics and program activities align with Medical Group policies and goals. The Site Manager is accountable for problem-solving and addressing issues for front-line staff, providing coaching and support to create a high-quality care environment. The Site Manager work closely with practice administrators and service line leadership to implement practice protocols and standards for efficient office operations and patient care delivery.Cardiology Services | ChristianaCareWork ScheduleDay shift Monday to Friday Duties / Responsibilities:As the Site Manager, you will be involved in leading the recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding activities of ambulatory practice caregivers, including medical assistants, and office assistants. The role involves conducting check-ins and annual performance evaluations, providing on-site support for daily problem-solving, and ensuring clinic staffing is in place to support activities and services. The role involves monitoring and coaching front desk caregivers and non-provider caregivers to ensure standard operating procedures and workflows are followed. As the Site Manager, you will be involved in conducting daily charge and cash reconciliations in accordance with established policies and procedures, maintaining supply levels, and planning and leading monthly clinic meetings with non-provider caregivers. The role involves supervising and training non-provider caregivers on daily cash handling and copay collections.
