WORK FOR A WINNING TEAM THAT NOW OFFERS BENEFITS FROM DAY ONE, PLUS DAILY PAY*At Hilton Grand Vacations, you will become a part of a culture that encourages and motivates you toward achieving your goals.Here's why you will love it here:Recognition Programs and RewardsExcellent health care options, including medical, dental, and visionA people-first cultureGo Hilton: Travel Discounts Program Hilton hotel rates worldwide.Perks at work: Employee Pricing platformEmployee Assistance Program that supports your physical and mental well-being.Paid Vacation Time and Paid Sick Days401(k) program with company matchTuition reimbursement programsNumerous learning and advancement opportunitiesAnd more!What Will I be Doing?The Revenue Analyst is accountable for analyzing data to understand future demand forecast, historical trends and competition and providing recommendations and/or executing management on rate strategies to achieve budgeted goals for revenue, occupancy and arrivals.   You are responsible for driving company success through performing the following tasks to the highest standards:Analyze reports to ensure accuracy for all properties Assist with executing rate & inventory management in respective systems (i.e. OnQ R&I, channel manager, and extranets)Manage 1-3 non-branded properties to achieve budgeted goals (rate & restriction changes in Clarity and channel manager, meet with travel partners, Sales, & MarketingBuild promotions in multiple systemsCommunicate new/modified Rate Plans & terms & conditions to System Set-up TeamLeverage reporting to monitor booking pace, inventory, occupancy, historical trends for assigned group of resorts, making recommendations as a result of analysisMonitors and ensures rate integrity between and other distribution channelsMaintains and monitors group inventory and activity including group build, recommend group rate quotes, cut-off, pick-up, block releases, recommend block & rate increases Onboard new employees and provide ongoing professional development & trainingBook VIP reservationsSupport Reservations Team with rate quotes, rate and inventory inquiries, troubleshoot, and resolve reservations issuesSubmit Hilton GDM formsFollow-up on invalid cc & charging depositsAssist Front Desk Managers & Business Management with guest research, billing inquiries, & payment of commissionAssist with Forecasting & BudgetingAssist Regional Revenue Manager with identifying and communicating Rental availability gaps to Inventory ManagementAssist with comp set & market research including rate shops, guarantee, and cancel policies, & updating events/conv calendarsAssist Regional Revenue Managers & Revenue Managers with developing, conducting and tracking team training Assist with reporting as neededPerforms other related duties as assigned by LeadershipEmbodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, NowCompletes all required Company training/compliance courses as assignedAdheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and proceduresWhat Are We Looking For: To fulfill this role optimally, you must possess the following minimum qualifications and experience:High school graduate or equivalent 1-3 years experience of related experienceIntermediate skill level in Microsoft Office applications - 2-3 years experienceProficient in Excel, Word, & Adobe - 2-3 years experienceAbility to conduct thorough financial analysis  HGV was awarded four out of five stars for fostering a culture of work-life balance and family-friendly benefits, and is one of Newsweek's "America's Greatest Workplaces for Parents & Families." Over the past 30 years, the highest honor we've received is the continued loyalty of our Owners, Members and Guests.
