RESPONSIBILITIES:Be attentive at load and unload terminalsEngage guests at every opportunityMaintain a professional appearance and demeanorWork outside in winter conditions for long periods of timeMaintain a safe work areaMaintain an aesthetically pleasing work areaPerform expected amount of snow work. (Sweeps chairs, remove snow from terminals)Actively and efficiently organize lift lines and check guest's lift ticketsDisplay respect for all employees at all timesDemonstrate a teamwork ethicBe familiar with motor rooms and their operationKnow how to perform ladder evacuationsTake initiative to be self-directedComplete all paperwork efficiently and legiblyAdhere to all skiing policiesPerform other duties as assignedQUALIFICATIONS:Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditionsMust be able to lift and carry 60 lbs. and do hard, physical laborMust be able to communicate well with peopleMust enjoy working with people and childrenMust be dependableMust be 18 yrs. oldSkiing ability preferredDATES OF EMPLOYMENT: 11/19/2025 - 04/19/2026PAY RATE: Pay: $21.00 per hourDeer Valley Resort is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
