Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.What You'll Be DoingLead and oversee quality control operations across multiple sand and gravel plants and one stone plant in North Texas.Implement and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.Collaborate with operations and technical teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.Train, mentor, and support quality control personnel to ensure consistent performance and development.Analyze data and generate reports to guide decision-making and maintain product integrity.What Are We Looking ForStrong knowledge of aggregate materials, testing procedures, and quality standards3 years of work experience in aggregate quality or supervisory experience in a related industryProficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll timekeeping systems (Kronos preferred)Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a dynamic environment with fluctuating schedules and physical demandsWork EnvironmentThis role operates in both office and field settings, including active aggregate production sites.
