Customer Engagement and Training Manager

Description The Digital Modernization Sector at Leidos currently has an opening for a Customer Engagement and Training Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to establish and build strong customer relationships and validate the continued delivery of effective services throughout the life of the contract. This position will work collaboratively with all program teams and stakeholders to deliver continuity of knowledge and relationships as well as integrate customer satisfaction and understanding into all aspects of our performance.The selected candidate will oversee a team of individuals who will be responsible for the following:Provide and coordinate trainingCommunicate and advocate individual customer needs to internal stakeholdersIdentify areas of improvement to serviceSupport, manage, and communicate opportunitiesLead and participate in cross-functional teamsManage and track customer transactional informationBasic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI government security clearanceBachelors degree and (8)+ years of prior relevant experience or Masters with (6)+ years of prior relevant experience Prior leadership responsibilitiesExcellent written and oral communication skills Experienced and adept at managing and growing customer relationshipsExperienced with preparing and presenting briefings to senior customer management, and customer stakeholdersAbility to obtain DHS EOD SCIPreferred Qualifications:PMP CertificationCome break things (in a good way).
