Pay: $20 per hourAt Great Wolf, the Retail Inventory Coordinator is critical to ensuring the efficient handling of retail merchandise and supplies. The Inventory Coordinator maintains control of all retail items purchased against utilization rates in order to determine stock levels and re-order quantities.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCompiles inventory information for retail items such as consumption rate and stock on hand to determine need for replenishmentAssists with inventory count processes to ensure accurate reporting of stock levelsMonitors inventory levels to provide notification to management for re-ordersAssists Retail Director in monthly and annual inventory reporting to Lodge and Corporate Finance; including accurate inventory balances and accrualsAssists in administrative back-office functions including entering purchase orders, paying invoices, tracking merchandise and costs, and ordering office suppliesCommunicates with vendors and corporate buyers and maintains appropriate reporting for any damaged merchandiseAssists department as needed, including typing memos, printing UPC tags, answering phones, sending faxes, following up with vendors on unpaid invoices, damaged merchandise or cost changesAssists in sales functions including working in all retail locations, phone orders and gift bagsAssists with other responsibilities as needed and directed by leadershipBasic Qualifications & SkillsPrevious office, administrative, phone, and clerical experiencePrior experience with computers, data entry, and Microsoft Office SuiteSuccessful completion of criminal background check and drug screenDesired Qualifications & TraitsSome High School education or equivalent experiencePrevious purchasing or inventory management experiencePrevious experience with Inventory Counts and calculationsExperience utilizing basic math skills with ability to add, subtract multiply and divideEnthusiastic and energeticDemonstrates strong organizational skillsAbility to multi-task and prioritize a variety of tasks with minimal directionPhysical RequirementsAble to lift up to 30 lbs.Able to bend, stretch, and twistAble to stand for long periods of timeAbility to climb and use ladders safelyEstimated Salary Range: - $20 per hour annual base salaryAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of Great Wolf’s total compensation package.
