Join us as we work to create a thriving ecosystem that delivers accessible, high-quality, and sustainable healthcare for all.Senior Enhanced Claim Resolution Associate  We are looking for a Senior Enhanced Claim Resolution Associate to join the Enhanced Claims Resolution team here at athenahealth. In this role, the Senior Enhanced Claim Resolution Associate will be responsible for the delivery and execution of business solutions within our operations division. This individual will work to propose and implement solutions to improve customer value and athena operational efficiency.  The Senior Enhanced Claim Resolution Associate will be a strong analytical problem solver, an excellent communicator, a critical thinker who creates business cases, influences stakeholders, and demonstrates a command of technical and industry knowledge. This individual will own and manage a strategic lane including influencing project teams to action, balancing urgency while cultivating lasting collegial relationships Job ResponsibilitiesUse data analysis and qualitative evaluation to determine root causes of a problemAnalyze trends to deliver clear and compelling data stories to stakeholdersDesign elegant solutions that favor automation, work prevention, and product enhancement over manual workflowsSeek and consume internal and external client feedback to inform decision making and improvement opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to expand the value we provide to clients through more or better service(s) using your understanding of customer business problemsDesign and implement workflows to define and improve business processesLead initiatives and projects that improve client and operational outcomes over a planning cycle, representing broad subject matter expertiseCreates and curates project plans and initiative roadmap, balancing and setting clear stakeholder expectations and proactively identifying areas of riskEnsure success by leading execution across the company - including commercial, R&D, and operationsIdentify metrics and define success criteria to create transparency and visibility into program success and/or improvement areasInterface with internal and external stakeholders as needed to remediate pain points and optimize desired outcomesDiscover customer requirements and improve the service by incorporating feedback into product and service prioritizationPresent project purpose, updates, and outcomes to Operations and stakeholder leadership, demonstrating command over all components of the projectTypical QualificationsBachelor’s Degree (or commensurate level of professional experience)3+ years of professional experienceExperience working denials or within the revenue cycleExperience working with cross-functional groups and teams to achieve common goals and communicating and presenting to stakeholdersDemonstrated ability to assume sole and independent responsibility for various projectsExperience interfacing with internal or external customers to achieve a desired objectiveProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, OneNoteKnowledge of Lean Six Sigma and Agile development methodologies preferredSQL experience preferredAbout athenahealthOur vision: In an industry that becomes more complex by the day, we stand for simplicity.
