Because at Solventum, we never stop solving for you.The Impact You’ll Make in this Role: The Master Data Health & Process Optimization Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality, reliable master data across the organization.  This position is responsible for initiatives that enhance data quality, streamline data workflows, and optimize master data management across key domains such as finance, customer, commercial materials, and supplier data. The manager collaborates cross-functionally with data stewards, IT, business leaders, and governance teams to deliver sustainable improvements to data health and operational efficiency.As the Master Data Health & Process Optimization Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.Here, you will make an impact by:Develop and manage processes to monitor master data quality across GBS domains (e.g., Customer, Vendor, Commercial Materials, Finance).Define and implement data health metrics and KPIs.Identify inefficiencies in data-related processes and enable optimization initiatives. (e.g., data creation, maintenance, approval workflows)Partner with business and technical stakeholders to ensure data management solutions meet data standards, business rules, and regulatory requirements.Lead or support projects related to data quality improvement, master data integration, or system upgrades.Your Skills and Expertise  To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher AND (seven) 7+ years of experience in Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, Master Data Management or ERP implementations in a private, public, or military environment.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Data management and data governance background, with experience in tools such as MDG, Collibra, or similar MDM platforms.Familiarity with cloud data platforms (Snowflake) and data integration strategy.Proficient with data visualization/reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP Analytics).Experience working in regulated industries. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
